II. Refund and Cancellation Policy
1. General Booking Rules
- **Cancellation Policy:** All cancellation rules, including any cancellation fees, are set by the **Partner Salon** you book with. When you make a booking, you agree to that Salon's specific cancellation policy, which is displayed at the time of booking.
- **No-Show Policy:** If you fail to show up for a confirmed booking, the Partner Salon reserves the right to charge a no-show fee or deny future service.
2. Refunds
- **Service Disputes:** Slotify™ is not responsible for processing refunds or resolving quality disputes related to services provided by the Partner Salon. All refund requests (e.g., dissatisfaction with a haircut, color quality) must be directed to and resolved directly with the **Partner Salon**.
- **Platform Error:** If a cancellation or refund is required due to a verifiable technical error on the Slotify™ platform (e.g., double booking or a failed confirmation), Slotify™ will assist in coordinating the correct refund amount with the Partner Salon, if applicable.
